As a trained womens health coach, gut-brain expert & co-founder of a functional adaptogenic supplements brand, I’ve spent years being afraid to say that.
Because much like you, I’ve been taught that goals like losing your last 10 pounds were silly, obnoxious, self-obsessed and not ok to share. And for a long time I played by the rules.
Throughout my career I tried to come up with different words and phrases that were more PC and acceptable [uhm, I was actually using the word “slender,” so as not to offend anyone…who speaks like that?].
