Alix Earle Just Dropped Her Full Wellness Routine - I Have Something To Say About It

Hey there, my fellow intuitive eaters! As an intuitive eating coach, I recently came across Alix Earle's wellness routine on The Everygirl, and let me tell you, it was quite the fun read - with surprisingly good advice. So, let's break down some of the highlights of Alix's routine, along with the pros and cons of her various approaches.

First up, let's talk about food, because, well, who doesn't love food? Alix follows a mainly plant-based diet but isn't afraid to indulge in some meat and dairy when the mood strikes. Talk about a woman who knows how to live life on the edge! Her approach to intuitive eating is both refreshing and empowering. She encourages us to listen to our bodies, honor our hunger and fullness cues, and make choices that make us feel our best. As someone who preaches total food freedom & zero rules or restrictions around food choice, I can definitely get behind this approach.

Now, let's move on to exercise. Alix is a true fitness warrior who likes to mix things up. She enjoys a variety of activities from low-impact workouts like yoga and Pilates to high-intensity workouts like boxing and weightlifting. Her approach is all about having fun, trying new things, and keeping things interesting. I mean, who wants to do the same boring workout every day anyway? Not me, that's for sure. *Especially as women…hello cycle-syncing!

And finally, let's talk self-care, because taking care of ourselves is oh so important. Alix is a big believer in self-care and practices activities like journaling, meditation, and spending time in nature to keep her mental and emotional well-being in check. As a fellow bubble bath enthusiast and face mask fanatic, I can relate to this on a spiritual level.

>>> Here are some of the journal prompts I’ve been working with lately - as guided by my dear friend & founder of The Well, Rachel Molenda:

  • If you believed everything would work out the way you desire, what would you do?

  • How is it different from the way you’re living life now?

  • What if you trusted & chose to believe you are exactly where you need to be?

Overall, Alix's wellness routine is a great reminder that health and wellness don't have to be boring or restrictive. By listening to our bodies, trying new things, and making time for self-care, we can all live our best lives and feel amazing while doing it. So, my fellow intuitive eaters, let's take a page out of Alix's book and live our best lives. After all, we only get one body, so we might as well treat it well and have some fun along the way!
