Alix Earle Just Dropped Her Full Wellness Routine - I Have Something To Say About It
Hey there, my fellow intuitive eaters! As an intuitive eating coach, I recently came across Alix Earle's wellness routine on The Everygirl, and let me tell you, it was quite the fun read - with surprisingly good advice. So, let's break down some of the highlights of Alix's routine, along with the pros and cons of her various approaches.
First up, let's talk about food, because, well, who doesn't love food? Alix follows a mainly plant-based diet but isn't afraid to indulge in some meat and dairy when the mood strikes. Talk about a woman who knows how to live life on the edge! Her approach to intuitive eating is both refreshing and empowering. She encourages us to listen to our bodies, honor our hunger and fullness cues, and make choices that make us feel our best. As someone who preaches total food freedom & zero rules or restrictions around food choice, I can definitely get behind this approach.
