My 1st Bio-Well Reading & What It Taught Me
I recently had the opportunity to have a Bio-Well scan at a lovely hotel in San Miguel De Allende, and found the entire experience refreshingly enlightening. Now let me first start by admitting that I’ve done loads of those hokey-pokey woo-woo spiritual “sessions” - often with ridiculous claims and funnily enough led by people I wouldn’t exactly call wise. This was different.
My facilitator, Bonnie, was immediately approachable, calming, and clearly intuitive. Then things got better…
The scan showed me (literally) where my (energetic) body is imbalanced & in-need of some TLC. And it was spot-on.
For those of you who were like me, and had no clue about this “Bio-Well” thing, here’s a summary from the hand-out I received at the end of the session…
Bio-Well GDV Camera is a revolutionary, non-intrusive way to measure human energy field using a specialized camera and software system.
The product consists of a desktop camera and accompanying software, which allows a user to quickly and easily conduct human energy scans. When a scan is conducted, a weak electrical current is applied to the fingertip for less than a millisecond. In response to this stimulus fingertip emits electrons, which are striking and exciting air molecules. Excited air molecules create gas discharge or glow. This glow is captured by the videocamera and then digital image of the glow is processed by the Bio-Well Software to show energy & stress evaluations.
Bio-Well analysis has the following outcomes:
Allows to define organs and systems of the body which need attention.
Makes assessment of the follow up response of the body to different influences (treatments, emotions, mobile phone, etc).
Provides information on psycho-emotional state and level of stress (anxiety).
Allows easily measure response of the body to different medications, supplements and food.
What I found the most powerful was my energy scan and it’s analysis of my stress levels (deeply telling…), organ imbalances, and my chakras alignment.
Without getting into the nitty gritty of my specific chart, I will simply say that it was compelling to literally see with your own eyes how things (& by things I mean ENERGY) are working (or not) for you.
One of the greatest take-home’s for myself, and I have a feeling will resonate with many reading this post today, was the clear desire for my body to rest. To tap into real stillness: to quiet the mind, the calm the nervous system, to ultimately deepen into true self love. This is both understandable & frustrating. I feel like I’ve already “done” that journey. I meditate, I eat intuitively, I take impeccable care of myself & am diligent of who I surround myself with.
“But do you wholeheartedly love & accept of yourself just the way you are? You are already whole, perfect, and complete.” Bonnie interrupted my defences.
Wow.

Not, really…at all.
